Order Processing

After confirming your order with our manager, processing takes 1 business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to all 27 EU member states, as well as Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and the United Kingdom. For shipments outside Europe, please contact our team for a custom quote.

Surfboard Delivery

All surfboards are packaged in double-walled cardboard with 5cm foam padding. We photograph every board before dispatch. In the rare event of transit damage, we handle all insurance claims on your behalf.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy on all unused, undamaged items in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] with your order number.

Return Shipping Costs

• Faulty or incorrect items: WaveRider Pro covers all return shipping costs
• Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping (we provide a prepaid label at cost)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
